Changing the icon of a specific filetype

Hi,

Could someone advise me on how to change the icon for any files of a certain extension?

e.g. I want to assign an icon to all php files (.php)

There may be another way to do this, but I think you need to change the icon for whatever the default application for .php files. It is probably text edit, but check that on your own. You can change the icon in the get info window for the app, or use candy bar.

ddekker, that has nothing to do with what was originally asked.

If there is anyone out there with infor relating to the original question, can you please share, as I'd like to be able to change specific default icons as well
