Hi! I had an original order with Apple. I got cold feet about the 16GB RAM for M1 Pro. I fell in love with the M1 Max 32 GB RAM. Ordered it yesterday. But my money from my credit card will go back to my bank account (on my request). Then it turned out it needs to stay on my CC.

I have an other prepaid CC that I could put money on. My question: can Apple send me a new payment link so they will change the credit card, without canceling the order?

If it hasn't shipped recently, then they haven't charged your card.
So you have time to still phone them and do either/both of these two things before they charge the order:

1. Change the CC they charge.

2. Add an Apple gift card to the order to reduce the amount they then charge your CC.

For example... if the Mac costs 3000, but your main CC only has 2000 credit, you could buy a 1000 Apple gift card (using another credit/debit card you have) then add the gift card to the order, so that they then charge your main credit card just the 2000 difference. All done via phone only AFAIR.

Yes, just call. I changed the card for my order today and it look like 3 minutes.
