ok so today i went to the apple store to buy my brother an iphone 3g s and in line i saw this one iphone that had an all white theme on it and i found out how to do it since i personaly havent bought the phone yet i want you guys to try it
Go to Settings, General then there was a prefrence called accesiblility and you can change from there
