Changing Voice Memos Icon

I can't seem to be able to apply my custom icon to overwrite the Voice Memos app, I've tried naming the icon Voice Memos.png and Voice Memo.png but neither seems to work, instead what I get is a clear icon and sometimes after a respring I get the default icon. Anyone know how to fix this?
