channel 4 on demand freezes my MBP....?

everytime i visit 4od's website, and i scroll down the page, the mbp (late 2009 13") freezes and the screen flickers and sends lines across the screen. everything on the system crashes, absolutely nothing is operational apart from the physical powerbutton. whats more strange is it only happens with safari, Chrome works with the website fine....

and this is the only site i have experienced it on since i bought the laptop.

Chrome always has the latest up to date version of flash installed. Safari requires updating manually. Open this page in Safari
http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

And see what it says. This latest version fixed a lot of problems for me on a few different macs.

thankyou, that worked perfectly. a friend was having trouble a few days ago and i told him to check he had the latest version of the drivers, dont know why i didnt ask myself that
