Chapters for mp4 files in VLC media player

Ok, so I have all of my movie files uploaded through Handbrake using the Apple TV setting. All of the files have the chapters marked off properly and you can get to the chapters from the menu bar. What I want to know (and what I can't find ANYWHERE) is whether or not there is anyway at all to skip chapters (such as a keystroke). If anyone can help with this matter, it'd be much appreciated.
