Hi all, I'm sorry if I mistakenly placed this thread to the iPhone subs, and I have done searching across the forum about this topic and couldn't find any, so here we go

I just bought my brand new iPhone 14 Pro and restored using my Macbook Pro 14" connected via usbc to lightning cable, just out of curiosity, how much power does the macbook deliver to that iPhone? And is it safe to charge until it reach 100% ? It was done restoring at around 82% , I think (?) and currently 98% and still charging while I'm making this thread xD

Thanks in advance

MacBook delivers up to 15W through the USB-C port.

For best battery health, avoid 100% full charges.
Thanks FYI, anw, I used to charge the iPhone until 80 something but it makes me charge my phone up to 2 times a day (?) Which with fully charge ( 93-99-100 ) can get me whole day long of usage until it the battery drop to 15-25% is it okay?
