I've been looking for a charger that I can use on an airplane, for my MBP. All the ones in stores come with charging tips for the older Apple notebooks like the powerbooks. Any clues? I can take a spare battery but apparently you can't do that anymore, ad I'll be spending a total of about 17 hours flying.

Edit - Never mind, just found it!

In case anyone else reads this.

Most international carriers now have 120v in each business class seat. Only the american carriers seem to use empower.

Coach... most don't have power. If you are lucky and have a cool crew you might be able to use the 120v power available in the galley or bathroom to recharge.

empower cables are available at the apple stores, and while it suggests you cannot use it in a car, it works just fine. It will NOT charge your mbp however, but it will provide enough juice to keep it running.
