Hi. Newbie here on MacRumors and I wanted some help from you guys.
I went into the Power Mac Center store here in our country and tried to find out the best possible idea of how could I run into a charging state of my battery.
The battery charging percentage on the login page appears to be 100% but when you come across the desktop after you logged in, it seemed different and quite confused. 100% on the login page but 11% on the desktop. Although the lighting icon appears, it appears to be like its fully charged already and it says Battery is not Charging. When I have shown it to a Mac Expert at one of the Power Mac Center, they tried to charge to another MagSafe adapter and they have charged it well. So, they reminded me to go to a service center which is also a Power Mac Center to change the SafeMag adapter.
Well, I am using OS X El Capitan version 10.11.2 and I cannot figure out if the things that I have mentioned above are the safest ways to make my charging work again and continue with a happy face. But, I am little confused now of what could be other possible ways to make my charging works. I have read one forum thread here in this forum site, tried everything but nothing's changed. By the way I am using MacBook Air Early 2015 and this Mac that I have is already a month old and yet the charger gets run into problems after a month.
Please help me and do vote on the poll after reading this thread and comment after voting so that I will know.
Thank you to those who will help me.
