Charger issue

The light on my magsafe charger is lit up green wether it's plugged into the MBP or not. When it is plugged into the MBP the computer says it's not charging. I am guessing my charger is bad, can anyone confirm?

Yep, that's an issue with the MagSafe charger. Bring it to an Apple Store for replacement if the machine is still under warranty. If not, they may just replace anyhow. Worst case, if out of warranty, you have to buy a new one.

Ok thanks. Unfortunately there is no Apple store anywhere near me. May have to bite the bullet and purchase a new one

Should still be able to mail it in and get it replaced.
