iPod touch Charger issues

HELP i plug my ipod into its charger and nothing happens and i go to hard reset it by holding the power and the other button and it turns off and says its charging i got happy ten it turned on and said it wasn't charging wtf happened someone help me i have already tried most things and it works with other chargers whats wrong with my charger and or iPod touch

Your charger broke from what you described.

When you tried the other chargers, did you use your cable or a different cable. It could be a bad cable or a bad charger.
