charger/line out combo for cars - is there one that works with the frumper?

I was forced to buy a frumper so I would be able to actually hold my iPhone in my hand without losing reception. Now I have no non-Apple accessories that I can attach to the dock connector with the frumper on. The most important one for me is the car "kit" that connects to both a lighter socket and a speaker line in, via the dock connecter. Does anyone know of a product like this one that can be used with the frumper? The one I have is linked below, and it does not.
