Charging Bug iOS 14

I noticed that since ios 14 my iPhone se doesn’t stop charging at 100%. It keeps charging and gets really warm, the charger too.

This could be risky for people who charge overnight, could lead to fire if the battery is older maybe.

Do others have this problem too?

Could just be that after any major IOS update the system does all sorts of indexing for at least a day. So it may just be busy even when plugged in and at 100%
