My wife is having trouble with her 17 Pro. Overnight she charges it on a Satechi 3 in 1 foldable wireless charger. She’s noticed a few times when she wakes the phone is down to 20% battery (after 6 or 7 hours).
Yes, I thought it was user error too…
But when I looked at her battery it says it was ‘charging’.
Any thoughts?
PS - the ‘jump’ in actual battery around 8am is when she then plugged into a wall socket.
