Hello!

I bought a new MBP a few days ago and I then discovered that Apple doesn't send a longer charging cable any more. I have an old one from my Macbook MC516S/C (2010?).

Can I use the old cable without any problems or will I damage to the charger or MBP?
The old charger was magsafe 60w and the charger to MBP is USB-C 61W.

Thanks in advance!
[doublepost=1516146509][/doublepost]I mean the power cable to the "charger". With the new MBP I only got a duckhead but I have a old (long) cable from my previous MB. Is it safe to use?

I've been using the extended power cord(that came from my 2010 MBP) on the new power adapter from my 2017 MBP with no problems.
