I was wondering if anyone else is having issues with dropping service while using a charging case. I have the anker case from Amazon and I called them they sent me a new one and doing the same thing. When I turn the case on to charge No Service I cut it off and I have LTE. Any help would be good thanks.

I won't to get rid of it but I need one with how much I travel it's just much easier than having it plugged into my external battery most of the time and having a cable to deal with.
Why not just get an external usb charging battery that plugs in?
Or Something that doesn't cover the phone like that so it doesn't kill the radio signals.

I have a brick charger but I had this same charging case for the 5s and I didn't have this issue
What model iphone do you have now?
Each model phone is slightly different with antenna placement and the way the radios function.
