Charging Dock Extended Cable for CCK?

I just bought the OEM CCK, but I have a polycarbonate shell that has an opening that is slightly too small for the Camera Connection Kit. Everytime I want to connect my iPad, I have to remove the case and this case is not fun to take off. Is there some sort of extension cable I can use? I'm going out of town really soon so I would like to order it and have it by wednesday. Thanks!
