Charging Iphone 5S with Cable

Dear Dudes,
I have bought my ihpne 5S 3 month ago but last night when I plugged it into outlet, it does not charging. when i use PC USB it start charging !!!!
I have not tested any other charging cable but:
if cable is damaged, why it is charging by USB!!!
If adaptor is damaged, why it is charging my Ipad!!!
pleeeease help me

If you use PC USB and it charged fine, its not the Device itself.

If you use the adapter and cable together and it charges your iPad just fine its not the cable or adapter.

I seriously have no idea why your device is not charging.

Try another lightning port adapter and charger(make sure it was the one that came with the iPhone 5S) and let me know how that goes.
