Hey everyone,
So I had a bit of an charging issue that I ran into with the iPhone 5. When I plugged in the charger to a surge protector with multiple plugs, I accidentally missed an insert when it came to plugging in the prongs. I plugged in my iPhone 5 to charge it, and forgot about it.
An half an hour later, I realized what happened and I took out the plug. The plug was noticeably warm, but the iPhone 5 was fine.
I was wondering is it possible to mess up the battery that way or the components inside by missing an insert on a surge protector? I tried googling it and doing some research but I couldn't get a straight answer.
Your input is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
