A week ago, I noticed my charger was not charging my laptop. I took it in to the genius bar, and they tried a different charger, and it worked great. At that point, i also mentioned a pixel issue I had on the screen, so they took it in for 3 days. I picked up the laptop and got home, connected it to charge, and after about 10 minutes, again i see the dimmed green light when its not even charged. I then turned the magsafe charger around so the wire is facing me, and it works great. What can I do now? I am upset, they didn't take the chance to even check that it was really the charger while it was there for 3 days...

Anyone had this symptom? If so, what did you do?

I'd recommend taking both the computer and the MagSafe adapter to the Genius Bar and demonstrate the problem to them and see if they'd be able to replace your MagSafe adapter under warranty.

Its not the charger. I think its the charging port on the computer side...

Bring it back, let them fix it again. Tell them it's not the charger, since that one was already replaced. Needs logic board replacement maybe?

What did they do about the pixel issue?
