Charging the mac FREQUENTLY - help

I have been charging the mac even if it goes down by 20% to 80% battery only...so I'm charging as many times as I can to make it full to 100%, when I get away from the mac to do somehting I just switch the charger on and it charges some 5-7 percent and when I'm back i switch it off

Is this bad for the battery? since i read this can decrease life of battery?

Because it has limited number of cycles, is that correct?

Please let me know your thoughts

Just use it on battery when you need to and plug it in and leave it charge when you don't need to be portable.

There is no need to disconnect the charger once it is done (I think that is what you are saying you do).
