charging the Watch when it is in a backpack

i am looking for a reliable way to charge my apple Watch while it is in my backpack.
i don't think a standard type of Watch connection point would be sufficient (stability-wise).
i have seen some box type solutions on amazon.
has anybody actually used anything that they like for this purpose ?

I had a round one (looked like a double thick hockey puck) that worked really well. Stopped using it because the bigger watch sized wouldn’t fit properly. My guess is if it is right-sized for your watch it should be fine.
