I can't get the Charter e-mail to work on my first generation iPad. Charter mail works fine on my iPhone but I've followed the instructions on the Charter site and still can't receive or send mail.
The iPad is 4.3.3 and my computer is 10.6.8. Because the computer OS needs to be updated I haven't been able to update the iPad OS. Could that be the problem?
