Does anyone know of a chat client (IM, IRC, voice, video, etc) that has the ability for you to quickly make sketches and send them with out having to run over to a third party application like Photoshop? I'm a Cinematographer looking for a tool so I can easily communicate with film directors and producers visually over the internet with ease. Preferably a cross platform or web app so we don't all need Macs.
PS: Making a drawing on paper and holding it up to a webcam won't do, more resolution is needed.
