Chat Client with Video/Audio support/msn messgenger support???

I just came from using windows and MSN messenger so all my friends from school use it and i have a big contact list, i want to take advantage of this built in isight in my MBP. How can i do this, is there a program (besides amsn which only has video support and a horrible interface) that will allow me to do all these things?

i found a chat app with a webcam feature.
I dont know if it works well, the app looks kinda crappy if you ask me, but here it is.

If you log in to msn through meebo.com you can audio/video chat. I haven't done so, but there is an option to make an audio/video call in each chat window. Let me know if it works.

Edit: I now see that the original post is from 2006, lol. I'm not the one who revived it though.
