Are there any chat clients that allow you to use both your iChat or AIM account as well as your skype account? I just don't want to have to run iChat and Skype at the same time.

Nothing will allow to have Skype intergrated with everything else. Apparently they use their own code or whatever for the chats and Adium doesn't have access to them. Or something like that.
EDIT: I stand corrected, there is a plug-in for Adium that allows you to chat with Skype members, just not video chat. Although, you still need to have Skype running, which doesn't really make sense, so I am still kinda correct with my first statement.
