Chat Now Feature on Apple online store

Not sure if anyone noticed but there is now a Chat Now feature at the online store. i clicked it and it pops open a window and a live person chats with you.

Further browsing reveals that the Chat Now icon does not appear on every section of the store but so far in the Pro sections- i.e. MBP and MP.

It's weird, it does not normally appear in the corporate discount sections even in the Pro areas. Sorry if I am so out of date as i am browsing for the first time in the regular Apple online store.

It takes a while to pop up. Strangely, the icon loads faster in Firefox than in Safari.

They don't like to chat with Mac users. They're kind of annoying people.

thats old...i've chatted with them multiple times unfortunately they won't say a word about leopard lol
