cheap cases for iPad on ebay

so i was just curious if anyone on MR with an iPad have any success stories with those cheap iPad cases on ebay?
for example, i was looking at either one of these

(i'm thinking about the first one or the third, but i was just curious if anyone has some cheap recommendations? i will be taking this to college about 2x a week, so i know something decently priced should be bought, but if a cheap product can do the trick, why spend more than you have to?

also, would an "iPad 2" case fit. I mean, for all the cases marketed for the iPad 2, would they fit on the 3?
