i was wondering if it would be safe to use a cheaply made (as in the really bad ones providing they just work) without the wall plug - connect to a usb port either on a wall socket or a macbook?

I assume the same principle as iphone chargers would apply to generic usb c chargers standard i need to use to charge my power bank, but my power bank came without a charger , so got cheap ones off amazon - a random company, 5 for £10, all came without a wall plug... in the first place does this sound dodgy? Bcuz i know apple charge more for chargers than samsung for example

Do usb ports on wall sockets have input of full voltage or just the usb standard ?

Thanks
