cheap china ebay mbp case vs incase mbp case

i just got my mbp and i wanna protect it from normal scrates , i don't plan on tossing and what not , but i do take it daily when i go on the train ,
i thinking of getting a china knockoff case , does anyone see a flaw on a china knockoff

knockoff ? there is no "official" cases.

and I would suppose most of them are made in China.
It depends on the quality.

I'd get a good sleeve and a well padded case, I'd hate to get battlescars on my mbp!
