Cheap External Monitor

I'm looking to buy a cheap, but hopefully decent LCD monitor. I'm not really very interested in buying a used or eBay monitor, so I'd like to get a new one from a decently reputable source. I have about $200 to spend, but I'm hoping to spend somewhere close to $150. Any one know of a good low-end monitor that still looks decent and is a reasonable size (at least 17")?
