i have found that the new iphone is too much unlocked so does anyone know where i can get an unlocked iphone 4 for less than $400...im on a budget and dont want to go for an android

Give it a month. I think most people did not realize yet that the iPhone 4S is a significant upgrade to the iPhone 4, but once that happens, prices will drop.
