I am in no way affiliated with this seller but I wanted to share my experience and help those from spending 500% on a piece of wire and rubber tubing...

So I had my iPhone 5 for 3 wks and got tired of always lugging around my lightning cable, forgetting it, driving back home since I use my iPhone for traffic navigation with waze. Sooooo being a frugal who wasn't gonna spend $20 for a cheap cable to charge I bought this cable since the reviews were pretty good (at least 3-4 stars).

And the seller for mine was "order china": http://www.amazon.com/gp/aag/main?i...erID=105-7366574-3256203&seller=AXZVWGQGZ66RT

I bought two cables, totaling $6 and some change. Gave one to my mom. Anyway, it looks almost identical. Fitment wasn't an issue. The connector tip had more gold and black on it. Works and charges my iPhone so it now is my car's lighting adapted that I leave there for good.
