Okay so i need some advices in buying mac for Final Cut Pro X

One of my friends need cheap used mac for his Final cut Pro needs.

One option that he found was cheap second hand Mac Mini 2011

with i5 2.3ghz and 8GB ram. Running Os Sierra. I am assuming that it is running integrated HD 3000 Graphics onboard.

Is this "good enough" for Final Cut?

No such thing really, it all depends on what they want to do in Final Cut Pro minor editing on short clips of 1080p footage will be fine on most machines made in the last five years. Massive feature length stuff with endless effects will need as much as you can get specs wise.

I would hesitate to reccomend anything that didn't have at least iris graphics, so a second hand Mac mini 2014 would probably be a better bet.

It will run it but it is right at the bottom of what it will run on.
