I found tucked away in a drawer at work a few minidisplay port adaptors.

Tried one before in my macbook but did not work.

So on off chance thought I try with my macbook air 2012.

It works!
It is very cheap, we bought them for £6.99 from supplier but since buying the demand tried up.
We sell more HDMI and full Displayport cables now.

So this is the item:

Obviously one one port at a time may be used.
VGA is least useful as 800x600 or 1024x768 are the only res.

but dvi and hdmi does native screen res and full 1080p
So can now use my air with my home TVs
