I'd like to place one sata drive and another ata drive in the place for second optical drive, so is there any other solutions than MaxUpgrades?
I wouldn't like to pay almost $200 for piece of metal...

Then buy a $8 SATA cable and plug it into one of the extra SATA ports.

If you're just doing ATA (and not SATA), you don't even need to do that! There's already a cable in the optical bay for it.

This will get you one SATA at least and it is only $39.

That only holds one drive. The $39 version is for the single ATA drives, no adapter is needed because a PATA connector is right there. The $69 version allows the use of a SATA drive with the PATA to SATA adapter included in that price. The SATA adapter is weird though, it doesn't have the standard drive MOLEX connector that's already in the bay.
