i wanted to get the fully spec'd 128GB wifi+cell ipad mini w retina when its released later this month...whats the best way to get it at its cheapest? (already have student account).
when i looked for full spec stuff on amazon in the past, it wasnt available (not sure if that was for tax reasons or what)?
