cheapest legit photoshop/premiere? ie, student rate

first off here's my situation:
intel aluminum mac
student (ie, broke)

where can i get adobe photoshop the cheapest? a website someone mentioned (http://www.uscollegebuy.com/0ab/asl.htm) offers a photoshop/premiere bundle for $314, which is a good deal for me. unfortunately you have to be a california community college student to benefit from the discount. i am a student, but not a CCC student.

anyone else know where to get a legit copy photoshop cheap? a student rate would work also.

hmmm, ebay still doesnt have the prices affordable prices. ($500?!) i realize its an expensive piece of software, but after seeing the site offering the photoshop/premiere bundle for $314, i'm sure (i hope) i can find photoshop alone cheaper than $500!
