Cheapest place for the new 13 MBP?

Trying to find the new 13 MBP at the cheapest price, meaning no tax, no rebate, and preferably a no hassle return policy.

Powermax has it for 1188 shipped to NY, but they charge a 10% restocking fee.

This is for my mother which is why i'd like a good return policy in case she doesnt like it.

Anyway, is there a better price out there or is this the best I can expect?

Remember to check the return policies though. Often these resellers don't offer that great return policies, such as MacMall.
