Cheapest place to buy fully loaded Macbook Pro?

I'm continually told I can find better deals on the new Macbook Pro anywhere but the Apple Store. However it seems other websites like Amazon and B&H don't offer any way to select the same upgrades the Apple Store does. How can I locate the best current deal on the brand new 2016 Macbook Pro with the following specs:

I like Apple Insider's price comparison tool for this. Unfortunately, since nobody has them in stock yet, the comparison tool has not been updated. But that is where I would check once they hit the streets.
