I heard walmart and best buy have good prices on them, but is this the best place to buy one if I am on a family contract through AT&T?

I'm with AT&T and not eligible for the discounted $199 iphone 5 16GB price.
I do qualify for $450 price with AT&T.
is it possible bestbuy and/or walmart can beat this $450 price?
I like to chase the bottomest price depending on # of hours and driving distance....
)

Walmart has them for $126 I think plus $250 for your early upgrade fee.
$376 plus tax if you find one at Walmart.
They don't have many in stock and they don't receive shipments that often.
You will have to call around your local stores and hope you get lucky.

So, you're saying you can early upgrade to a p5 for $376?

Walmart has the cheapest advertised price for an upgrade ($127), but last week none around me had the one I wanted in stock. I probably avoided a big Walmart headache by going to Bestbuy ($150), where I was in and out in just a few minutes.

Exactly.
They have the cheapest price but they never have them in stock.
They get very few iPhones per Walmart store.
