I have a quick question - I'm looking to register a dot-is domain, but the prices I've found are going from $90 to $250 per.

I've never registered anything outside the US before. Is it possible to find it cheaper?

Thx!

USD 90.00 per year looks relatively cheap for a .is domain. I've only seen around USD 250.00.

Not sure if it's the Icelandic registrars that are fixing (the bulk of) the price, because a registrar from any other country has to go through them as a trustee.

I would love to know where these domain's are available at a realistic price. Can you share your findings on the registrars?
