How can I get the cheapest possible contract for my Iphone 3gs that I just purchased on ebay (unlocked). I heard that you can go to T-mobile and get a cheap plan but that data wont work. This is OK because my whole campus will have WiFi so theres no need for data. How much is that plan and/or are there cheaper alternatives?

T-Mobile has a $30/month prepaid plan.
