Cheapest RAM for powerbook

I just ordered a powerbook 12" 1.33 Ghz. I think I would like to order 512MB more RAM for my new purchase.

I found the above which seemed very reasonable to me. Has anyone found good RAM for less than $45?

It seems alright, as long as you buy one that comes with a lifetime warrantee you really shouldn't have to worry about bad ram because they will always replace it for you.
