Cheapest SSD's Available?

I'm looking for a cheap SSD, between 64GB and 128GB. I've looked at a couple of models but I'm concerned about their actual performance. Will the performance still be better in a very cheap SSD as opposed to the regular 500GB 5400rpm drive that comes in the MBP? What brands of SSD do you reccomend that make good value, cheap SSD's?
