Cheapest way to get multiple phone numbers?

I would like to get everyone in my house their own phone number. However, not a cell phone. Any idea's on how to do this on the cheap?

Magicjack? Any other ideas?

There are 7 people in the house.

Nice, ok. We all have computers... but does that give us all phone numbers?

Like... If I gave a friend my number, could they call?

Been trying out Google voice. Pretty stinkin' cool!

I think that may be our route.. HOWEVER, you need a "real" phone in order to activate the number. Is there a loop hole for this?

I tried using the one number I had, but it only let's you use one number once.

Anything?
