Go in to settings/general/about and scroll down to carrier and tap on carrier and it will cycle through carrier/prl/eri info with each tap.

Yeah it was, but it changed when iOS 5 was released. I asked the same question on Tipb.com

On CDMA networks, your preferred roaming list is updated periodically to new towers to roam on and allow best coverage. If you have Verizon, dial #228 and select option 2. That updates your PRL. You should do it around once a month.
