Check SMS texts without phone service?

Hi there

Is there any way to somehow check SMS text's without a cellular network/ service on? Unfortunately SMS text's don't work over WiFi unlike iMessages and I can't switch to Google Voice/ Nr completely.

I often find myself with no signal in the building I work but have great WiFi, yet for no use when I need SMS.

Any way to check SMS online via computer?

Natively, I do not know of any way to do this. Im in the same boat, I get no signal at work, but I do have wifi. I rely on iMessage for those with iPhones, but I did also make a Google Voice account to talk to those who dont have iPhones.

You could try an IM service like skype, or a text app like Whatsapp, but these would need the other people to also have these apps

But I dont see a way to forward text messages from a networkless phone to a PC/website/tablet.

There actually is a way, but it depends o your carrier. If you have Verizon, I can help you otherwise no.
