Look at the window design: Brushed Metal
Look at the amount of space at the top of the window above the open document: about 20%
Look at the size of some of the icons: Huge where they don't need to be huge
OK, you'd think that seeing how this is going to be their flagship Vista software release they'd be able to make it work better than the current Office:Mac but they haven't.
