Check VPN Configuration that I am not allowed to.

I downloaded VPN auto configuration file and I am using VPN. However, I had to change my settings little bit. So I went to VPN settings, clicked blue arrow, and Whoa! There is no details about my VPN (such as server adress and password) which other VPN has.

Is there any way I can view and change these settings?
